When Aim To Recover approached me, they were just launching their centre in Drumcondra, Dublin—a dedicated hub for comprehensive postnatal and prenatal care. As they didn’t have an existing website, I had the privilege of building their first digital home from scratch.

Building a Gentle Online Presence

Their mission is clear: “redefining healthcare for women in Ireland, focusing on every aspect of the pregnancy journey with a special emphasis on postpartum recovery”. To reflect that, I crafted a warm, calming aesthetic—soft, natural colours, calming visuals, and clean layouts to give visitors a sense of trust and ease from the first interaction.

Showcasing A Full Spectrum of Services

Aim To Recover offers a wide range of therapies: acupuncture, osteopathy, nutritional therapy, trauma treatment, prenatal and postnatal massage, psychotherapy, aesthetic treatments, and more. Each service needed its own space, with clear headings and descriptions. We designed intuitive service pages so mothers-to-be and new mothers can find exactly what they need—quickly and confidently.

Essential User Journeys: Booking, Reading, Connecting

Since this was their first site, we focused on core experiences:

  • Straightforward appointment bookings— letting clients easily schedule sessions
  • A blog section—sharing insights, wellness tips, and stories to build community
  • Simple contact forms—for questions, referrals, or partnerships

The site’s structure prioritises usability for both the centre's team and the people they support.

Trust Through Structure

With a clear mission to “empower women on their path to recovery”, we built a thoughtful, responsive platform that matches. Mobile-first layouts make browsing easy on any device, while carefully placed calls to action encourage visitors to take the next step—whether that’s reading a blog post or booking a session.

More Than Just a Launch

Creating this website was about more than ticking off features—it was about capturing the spirit of Aim To Recover in a digital space. It became a confident, calming platform that genuinely reflects their values: care, clarity, and community.

Their site now stands as a strong foundation for future growth and support, echoing the compassion they offer in every session at their Drumcondra centre.

If you’re starting something meaningful and need a website that truly reflects your mission, I’d love to help bring it to life.
