When EPlus got in touch, it was clear from the first click that their website hadn’t kept pace with the organisation itself. It was over a decade old, visually dated, difficult to navigate, and even riddled with pop-ups that had nothing to do with their work. For a charity doing such vital, sensitive work with children, young people, and families, their digital presence needed to feel a lot more considered—and far more professional.
With a new CEO onboard and a clear intention to overhaul everything, the project quickly became more than just a quick refresh. This was a full rebrand and rebuild, starting from zero and working toward something cleaner, smarter, and far more aligned with who EPlus are today.
We kicked off the project with a new logo and visual identity—something that felt modern but grounded, professional but human. The aim was to create a brand that reflected the trust and care at the heart of EPlus’s work, while still feeling fresh and adaptable for the future.
Once the branding was locked in, we began planning out the new website: a clean, responsive platform that would be easy to use for both the organisation and their audience. The layout, colours, and content were all designed to feel approachable, without losing clarity or structure.
Functionality was a huge part of this project. EPlus needed more than just an online brochure—they needed a working tool that could support their everyday operations and make it easier for people to engage with their services. The site now includes:
Everything was built with accessibility and ease of use in mind. Whether it’s a parent seeking support or a professional making a referral, the goal was to remove barriers and build confidence through design.
Projects like this remind me why design matters—not just how things look, but how they function, how they communicate, and how they support the people using them. For EPlus, it was about more than just a new look. It was about aligning their digital presence with the care and professionalism they bring to their work in the real world.
Now, they have a site that reflects their values, their mission, and their forward momentum. And it’s one they can be proud to share.
